Jessica Ruzzicone is a keen, curious designer with the artistic and technical skills necessary to thoughtfully plan environments based on a client's goals with buildable details. She has a Masters of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She has worked on high end residential projects, complex commercial projects, and intricate government projects.

Thomas Fabrick has 40 years of architectural experience with a specialty in specifications writing and LEED building development. His broad work includes educational, college/university, corporate office, civic buildings, medical clinics, manufacturing and multi-family residential projects including recently the Minneapolis Impound Facility. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota and is a past member of the American Institute of Architects and Construction Specifications Institute.

Tom Ososki is a world explorer, teacher and architect. Tom has worked for 20 years in the architecture and planning fields with over 9 years of that time in Asia, Africa, and South America. His expertise in both design and community planning spans single and multi family housing, urban design, faith based projects, and historic buildings. He has choreographed multiple community planning events to improve neighborhoods, public spaces and housing stock. As the first urban designer for the Willmar Design Center, he worked to form strong relationships between diverse groups. Tom has been a member of the Minnesota Design Team for 15 years leading many of those events.

Gail Jacobson has over eighteen years of experience designing custom remodels in a wide range of types and styles. Her designs have won CotY awards in Minnesota National Association of The Remodeling Industry design competitions. She is an Allied Member of the Minnesota ASID chapter, and spent eight years on the board of her local chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association. An artist and educator-turned designer with an MFA in Fine Arts and an AA degree in Interior Design, Gail has a deep understanding of best practices in remodeling and a passion for color, texture, scale and proportion. Gail’s joy is creating collaborative solutions, imbued with her client’s personalities. Her ultimate goal is for her clients to LOVE and LIVE BETTER in their homes!

Leif is a designer with over 10 years of experience in the design and construction industries. His work include Adaptive Re-use, Lifestyle, Streetscapes, Urban design, Transit Infrastructure, Housing Development, Storm-water Management + Restoration. He offers unique solutions specific to client needs that balance sustainability, programmatic utility, and aesthetic beauty. He has a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin and Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota.

Jay Beyer Kropuenske has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Horticultural Science and has worked in the Horticultural, Banking, and Construction Industries for the past 20 plus years. He currently owns Grantham Street Advisors providing project management for a variety of projects and clients around the Twin Cities. Jay's practical and inventive approach is a great asset to the Clever Team and our clients.

Steve Courtney is a horticulturalist and a national leader in the landscape management world. He is a graduate of The Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture in Ontario with emphasis in practical, theoretical, and advanced technical skills for planning and managing the complexity found in today's horticulture industry. Steve has managed and renovated a number of national gardens including the Chicago Academy of Sciences’ Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum where he was instrumental in designing and maintaining 6 acres of native landscapeand the 2500 sq.ft. Judy Istock Butterfly Haven housing worldwide butterflies, the Klehm Arboretum and Botanic Gardens in Rockford, Illinois where he oversaw 355 acres of Winnebago County Forest Preserve property, and the renowned Michigan State University’s Hidden Lake Gardens where he oversaw 755 acres of botanic garden and arboretum. His planting knowledge, practical work experience, and management leadership blend nicely for a wide variety of landscape endeavors. He is a former board member of the American Conifer Society including the National Board and its current National Manager. He has sat on the Arts in Architecture committee that oversaw the art installations and landscape design of the new Federal Courthouse in Rockford, Illinois and currently is on the City of Maple Grove Arbor Committee. In his spare time he enjoys scuba diving in the tropical oceans.
