Yes, we want to be design forward and innovative to attract the best talent, but we also want to be mindful of the company bottom line and that not all trends serve the work that all companies or employees do. In the end, interiors really is about inspiring people; responding to their needs, and providing an efficient and creative way forward with their work. As an example of our success, in one of our latest projects the new office division leader had to put signs up to keep out squatters from other departments. Our interiors are so popular with employees, they may never want to leave work.
